Worth the Wait!
Sagrada glass is amazing! My only complaint is that when I want more it's often sold out and I have to wait for the next batch :-) but it is definitely worth waiting for. My friends all comment on how beautiful it is.

Disappointed. I was expecting a finer wine decanter. I didn't get the same delight as when I received my order of the stemless wine glasses. Somehow the colours on the decanter are also not exactly like the wine glasses.

The color variation between pieces can sometimes occur naturally in the handcrafting process, but we never want that to feel like a letdown. beautifull glasses but problem with delivery
we had ordered a giftbox for your friends wedding. we received message that GLS had delivered, but we didn't receive anything. Custum service told us to contact GLS and GLS to contact the company. We thought that the glasses was lost forever, but suddenly allmost two weeks after we had a call from GLS and the package was delivered. It was too late for the wedding, but we keep the glasses anyway and they are very beatiful.
Dorthe, I am truly sorry for what happened with your order. A delivery issue like this, especially for a wedding gift, is not the experience we ever want for our customers. I completely understand how frustrating and worrying it must have been not knowing where your package was, and we are sorry it arrived too late for the celebration. On the other hand, I am relieved that the carrier was able to reach you and that the glasses finally arrived safely. And we are even more glad to hear you find them beautiful. I hope they bring a little reminder of that special occasion into your home, even if the timing was not what any of us had hoped for.
